Notice is hereby given that the fiscal affairs of the Unadilla Valley Central School District for the period beginning on July 1, 2024, and ending on June 30, 2025, have been examined by D’Arcangelo & Co, LLP, and that the report of, or management letter prepared in conjunction with the external audit by D’Arcangelo & Co., LLP has been filed in the district office where it is available as a public record for inspection by all interested persons. Pursuant to §35 of the General Municipal Law, the governing board of the Unadilla Valley Central School District may, in its discretion, prepare a written response to the report of external audit or management letter by D’Arcangelo & Co., LLP and file any such response in the district office as a public record for inspection by all interested persons no later than January 7, 2026.
