The Unadilla Valley Facilities Committee will host its second meeting to assess needs ahead of future capital projects.
The meeting is slated for 5 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 21, in the Jr/Sr. High School Library.
A previous meeting in November featured a tour highlighting aspects of the most recently completed capital project, as well as a presentation by Financial Advisors, the company the district contracts with to help manage financial planning. That meeting also gave participants a chance to weigh in on improvements to our school building and grounds that they would like to see in the future.
The next meeting will continue this work. All members of the school community are invited to attend to hear the latest updates on the Facilities Committee’s work. They will also be invited to share their priorities for any future capital projects. At this time, there is no new capital project under development. However, the Board of Education and the Facilities Committee deeply values input from our school community as we look ahead toward possible future projects.
