The New York State FFA celebrated the 100th anniversary of FFA in NYS at the New York State Fairgrounds in Syracuse last week.
Unadilla Valley had 23 students who competed, voted as state delegates, and were honored with awards and degrees.
Unadilla Valley students assisted NYS Commissioner of Agriculture Richard Ball as part of the ground breaking with Governor Kathy Hochul for the new FFA building at the State Fairgrounds. Wade Law, Nick Crandall, Reed Osborne and Shyla Roberts held copies of historical documents that will be included in a 100 year time capsule.
