Dear Parents and Guardians:
Today, we met with sixth grade students and their teachers to go over expectations to ensure a successful conclusion to the 2022-23 school year.
One particular focus was name calling and negative interactions between peers and the impact this could have on the learning environment, as well as individual students. Effective immediately, we are asking that students stop the name calling and treat each other with the respect that is outlined in our Code of Conduct.
Unadilla Valley strives to encourage all of our students to treat each other with kindness and respect. We appreciate your support as we work with students to practice appropriate behavior and positive interactions.
