UV to offer college courses over the summer
For the first time ever, Unadilla Valley CSD will offer summer college courses on the UV campus. Each course will provide an opportunity for students to challenge themselves academically.

UV Summer College will take place from Monday, July 8, through Thursday, August 8, 2019. During Summer College, regional college adjunct instructors will teach up to five classes. All courses will be provided at no or minimal cost to students within the district. Courses will occur between 8:30 a.m. through 12:30 p.m., dependent upon specific course, with central location busing provided. Courses, which may be available, based upon interest and registration, are as follows:

Introduction to Word Processing

Introduction to Web Design

Introduction to Public Speaking

American Sign Language 1

Psychology 101 (pre-requisites may be required)

Registration for Summer College will begin on Monday, April 1 and conclude on Friday, May 3. Students will receive details regarding which courses are available, course descriptions and how to register via UV email, prior to April 1. Courses available, with descriptions, are listed on the ECHO portion of the UV website. To register for a course, or two, complete the included registration form and return to the Secondary Office, care of the ECHO Program, no later than Friday, May 3, 2019.
