Guidance Department & UV Community Scholarship Fund Info

Unadilla Valley Central School has one elementary counselor and two middle/high school counselors. Elementary grades are PreK through 5, middle school grades 6 through 8 and high school grades 9 through 12. Students are assigned to a counselor depending on their grade level.

Scholarship Opportunities
There are scholarship opportunities for UV seniors. Be sure you don't miss out. Please stop by the Counseling Office for more information.  Scholarships for the 2020-2021 school year will be posted to the page when available. 

Registering a new student
To enroll your child in the district, please follow the following steps:

1. Pick up enrollment packet from the Secondary Guidance Office.

2. Take the forms home and fill them out completely.

3. You and your child will be given an appointment to meet with the assigned counselor to review the completed enrollment forms, required documents and any necessary student services to enroll your child.

Required Documents:
• Birth Certificate
• Immunization record
• Proof of address
• Custody/Guardianship records (if applicable)

PowerSchool Parent/Guardian Access

PowerSchool Parent/Guardian Access is now available to the Parents and Guardians of students in grades 6 through 12.

Once configured, a Parent/Guardian login will provide access to information about sixth-grade through 12th-grade students in a family.

To add a student to your Parent/Guardian Access account, you must call the Guidance Office to request the Access ID and the Access Password. For confidentiality, the information will be sent to home with the student or by U.S. Mail. To reach the Guidance Office, call 607.847.7500, ext. 1118.
