Fifth Grade Career Day Gives Students a Look at Professions
Fifth graders at Unadilla Valley had a career day on Thursday, June 2 that exposed them to a variety of fields.

The students were surveyed earlier in the year, and based on those surveys, representatives from law enforcement, social services, the medical field and engineering presented an overview of their careers and led the students through a question and answer period.

Elementary School Counselor Sheri Houck said it's never too early to talk to students about careers.
